CPA Exam Requirements in Guam
Education
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 150 semester hours are required to sit for the CPA Exam
- 24 semester hours in accounting or equivalent
- 24 semester hours in business courses other than accounting

Guam Board of Accountancy website.
Residency
U.S. citizenship is not required.
Guam residency is not required.
Age
Minimum 18 years of age

CPA License Requirements in Guam
Education
150 semester hours of continuing education are required for CPAs
Work Experience
1 year of work experience required.
OR
Two years experience (minimum of 4,000 hours)
Other Qualification
Social Security Number is not required.
No ethics exam requirement.
