Verifying either provider against a specific license

Registry status doesn't answer as much as it appears to. Both companies appear on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, which confirms their programs meet the joint AICPA and NASBA Standards. It does not confirm that a given course satisfies a given state board.

Several boards impose requirements the Registry does not address. Texas requires providers to register with the board directly, separate from NASBA registration. A number of states accept ethics credit only from board-approved providers. Format caps on self-study and nano learning apply per state, regardless of sponsor.
