CIMA® Exam Dates and Schedule -

The CIMA^® Certification exam is offered year-round. After completing your executive education program through a verified provider, schedule your exam at one of Pearson’s VUE testing centers.

Upon submitting your certification program application and fulfilling your executive education requirement, you must schedule your CIMA^® examination.

This exam is offered via Pearson VUE testing centers and Proctor U for online home testing (provided you meet a set of key personal workspace requirements). A 30-day wait period between attempts and retake fees apply.

Exam Registration Process:

First-time testers must create a Pearson VUE web account to schedule.
The fee for an initial exam attempt is included with the CIMA^® program application fee.
All candidates who have successfully completed their executive education programs must sit for the exam within a 90-day scheduling window.
Retake fees are US $225 for Investments & Wealth Institute members and US $325 for nonmembers.
Exam attempts are unlimited; only one attempt per exam window is permitted, and retake fees apply.
