Joshua Rosenbaum is a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets in the Industrials & Diversified Services Group. He originates, structures, and advises on M&A, corporate finance, and capital markets transactions. Josh is also a frequent speaker on corporate finance, capital markets, and investment banking, providing unique and timely insight on sector trends, valuation, and outlook. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank and the International Finance Corporation, the direct investment division of the World Bank. He received his AB from Harvard and his MBA with Baker Scholar honors from Harvard Business School.
Joshua Pearl is an investment analyst at Brahman Capital Corp. Before this, he structured and executed leveraged loan and high yield bond financings, as well as leveraged buyouts and restructurings as a Director at UBS Investment Bank in Leveraged Finance. Prior to UBS, he worked at Moelis & Company and Deutsche Bank. He received his BS in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
George T. Geis teaches at UCLA Anderson in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, entrepreneurship, and accounting. He has been voted Outstanding Teacher of the Year at UCLA Anderson five times. Geis has also served as Associate Dean and Faculty Director of UCLA Anderson’s Executive MBA program and as Faculty Director of Anderson’s Mergers and Acquisitions Executive program. Dr. Geis is an expert on M&A activity in technology and media markets. His latest book, Semi-Organic Growth, provides an in-depth analysis of Google’s innovative approach to M&A.
Robert Feingold has been a lecturer and full-time faculty member at the University of Massachusetts Amherst – Isenberg School of Management since 2016. Rob currently teaches Advanced Investments, Corporate Finance, and Fixed Income. In addition to his course load, Rob is the faculty advisor to the Minutemen Fixed Income and Minutemen Equity Funds. He is also a member of Isenberg’s Finance Advisory Board. Prior to joining Isenberg, Rob worked at Babson Capital Management as a Managing Director, a Portfolio Manager, and Group Head for the Alternative High Yield/Global Event-Driven Investments Team. He has over 20 years of investment experience, specializing in high-yield credit, small-cap equities, and distressed debt.
Keith Allman is a vice president of Loomis, Sayles & Company and a senior analyst for the fixed income group with 16 years of investment industry experience. Previously, he was a director in banking and origination at Deutsche Bank, where he primarily covered transportation asset-backed deals, as well as other esoteric ABS. Prior to this, he was a senior investment manager at Bamboo Finance in Geneva, Switzerland, where he was responsible for new and ongoing investments in energy, healthcare, and real estate. Keith was also held additional roles at Pearl Street Capital Group, NSM Capital Management, Citigroup and MBIA Corporation. He is also the founder of Enstruct, a financial modeling training, and testing company, which has trained over one thousand professionals in nearly thirty countries and is pioneering the latest technology in financial modeling assessments.
Ben Jones, CFA, CFP, CPA, MBA has a passion for financial education and helping others reach their goals. He earned his CPA after graduating from Indiana University and later his CFA designation in 2007. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago in the International Executive Program in Barcelona, Spain while living and working in Switzerland. Ben has taught thousands of students in complex concepts in accounting and finance, both at the collegiate level, as well as specifically for the CPA and CFA review. He is best known for his knowledge in accounting and corporate finance, bringing real-world situations to his learning. Ben is a Principle in his own investment management firm in Chicago and has lived and worked in over 20 countries around the globe.
