About our Instructors
Darren Degraaf (CFA Exam Review – Level I)
Darren Degraaf is an adjunct professor, curriculum developer, and faculty manager at Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, and has helped hundreds of candidates, across numerous CFA exam courses in Europe, the Americas, and throughout Asia, to master the CFA® exam. As a practitioner, Darren was a senior manager at the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation in Vancouver, Canada.
James M Forjan (CFA Exam Review – Level II)
James M Forjan, PhD, CFA®, is an Associate Professor of Finance in the Graham School of Business at York College of Pennsylvania. James earned a PhD in Finance from the University of North Texas in 1993 and has been teaching a wide variety of Finance topics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, including Investments, Derivative Securities, Quantitative Methods, Financial Statement Analysis, Economics, and Corporate Finance. James has published numerous scholarly articles and consistently receives excellent evaluations from his students. James has extensive experience in creating and editing CFA study materials as well as serving as an experienced CFA tutor.
Daren Miller (CFA Exam Review – Level III)
Daren E. Miller, CFA, has over 15 years of international CFA® teaching experience and is now a CFA instructor for Wiley and writer for Wiley’s CFA prep notes. Daren is described as a “walking encyclopedia of knowledge” across the entire CFA curriculum and is committed to helping candidates achieve exam and career success. Daren is based in Calgary, Alberta, and delivers engaging CFA prep courses to a global roster of individual candidates and corporate clients.
